Cardolite Introduces New Products for Epoxy and Polyurethane Coatings at Conferences

CNSL products from Cardolite enable coatings with lower VOC and high bio-content

PaintIndia 2020 (postponed)

Cardolite will be promoting new products for coatings at PaintIndia in Mumbai on March 12-14 (now postponed). At this year’s PaintIndia, Cardolite will be launching a new ultra light curing agent for epoxy coatings. This hardener is suitable for table tops and 3D flooring applications because it provides excellent film appearance, hardness and weatherability. In addition, this product is very low viscosity and easy to handle and to incorporate in epoxy formulations.

Moreover, our technical team will be available to answer questions on our Phenalkamine and Phenalkamide lines and epoxy diluents for low VOC coatings. Furthermore, our polyurethane experts will be at the show to help with recommendations on polyols, diols, and NCO blocking agents. Lastly, we will have more information about our CNSL based surfactants that can be an excellent replacement for nonyl phenol ethoxylates. Please stop by booth F3 in Hall 1 to learn more about our offering and how it can benefit your applications.

American Coatings Show (March 31 – April 2)

Cardolite will be exhibiting new developments in waterborne, epoxy and polyurethane technologies at the American Coatings Show (ACS) in Indianapolis on Mar 31-April 2. Our research team continues to focus on designing sustainable raw materials that lower overall VOC of coatings systems.

On April 2nd at 8:30am, Cardolite will give a paper on recently developed waterborne curing agents as part of the Biobased Coatings Session. These materials are completely solvent free and can be used in epoxy primers, mid-coats and direct-to-metal (DTM) coatings. Due to their excellent adhesion and barrier properties, they can be used to protect various types substrates. That includes challenging substrates such as galvanized steel and aluminum alloy. Moreover, they provide excellent cure and recoatability properties, and good compatibility with several epoxy dispersion resins. Please stop by booth 1661 to learn more about our broad offering and new products for coatings applications.
